Terms and Conditions for Road to Purity $100 Visa Gift Card Giveaway
1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and older.Participants must complete the Road to Purity survey and submit their personal information via the separate entry form.
2. How to Enter
Complete the survey.Submit your name, email, and mailing address on the separate entry form.Each completed survey qualifies asone entry.Participants can earnadditional entriesby sharing the survey with friends. For every friend who completes the survey and submits the entry form, the referring participant will receive one additional entry. The referred friend must include the referrer’s name or email in their entry.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on February 21st, 2025 and ends on March 21st, 2025. All entries must be submitted by April 30th 2025 at 11:59PM Pacific.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card for every 100 survey entries. Up to 10 winners maximum will be chosen. The winners will be notified via email and must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the timeframe will result in forfeiture, and a new winner will be selected.The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. One (1) winner will be chosen for every 100 entries received. Chances may be increased for every survey referral.
The drawing will occur on May 1, 2025.
6. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.Road to Purity reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason.Entrants confirm that any shared survey links comply with applicable laws and do not involve spam or misuse.
7. Liability Release
By participating in the giveaway, entrants release Road to Purity from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the giveaway, including but not limited to acceptance or use of the prize.
